Return Process

  3. Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or provide an exchange for a different item, as requested.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
