Return Process

- Package Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is properly protected during transit.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or provide an exchange for a different item, as requested.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
